You’re craving change. You want to reconnect with yourself. You’ve lost your mojo and need to shake things up gently and meaningfully.

Microadventures are 1:1 outdoor experiences for people ready to live a bigger life. Here's how it works:

Over the course of a few months, we’ll meet for three separate outdoor adventures. Each one will be around three hours long. These are 1:1 experiences, completely tailored to you.

You can choose from activities like paddleboarding, hiking, wild swimming, or a reflective coffee-and-coaching session in my cosy campervan.

Each session includes space to talk, think, and gently explore what’s shifting for you. We can also use creative coaching tools, like journaling prompts and visioning exercises.

Between each adventure, you’ll have time to reflect, take action, and notice the changes starting to land. Think of it as your own personal reset button one wild step at a time.
