Bathing

I've recently been experimenting with forest bathing.

It’s amazing how powerful it can be to allow yourself to sit quietly in nature for 10 or 20 mins. I go through my 5 senses and focus on:

– what I can see
– what I can hear
– what I can feel
– what I can smell
– what I can taste

The process slows your brain down and your heart rate. And you walk away from the experience calmer and more content. It’s like a mini holiday.

@goodnessmarketing & I included a bit of forest bathing in our recent Wilderness Tonic Retreat and it was an absolute hit!

I love that I can now just throw forest bathing into my own nature walks and quickly feel refreshed!
