Come to the the cute village hall in Adlington learn how to make healthy and tasty vegan Buddha Bowls.

This time it’s going to be a spring style bowl, with roasted cauliflower, wild garlic pesto, pickled radish, a delicious white bean and herb salad, mange tout, buckwheat and toasted seeds and nuts.

Jinny and Katya will demonstrate how to cook and assemble the Buddha Bowl and then in groups you will make different components of the Buddha Bowl. And then obviously we will sit down to eat our creations!

This event is perfect for networking because there’s nothing like a tactile activity for making everyone feel at ease and to get chatting without the awkwardness of more formal networking events.

At the end of the event you’ll have a worksheet that we’ll email you with instructions and ideas to make your own Buddha Bowl at home.

PS the bowl is both vegan and gluten free – buckwheat is actually gluten free – although it may have traces of gluten.
